Open Skies Collections is proud to present "Perceptions" the second Volume in a line of thematic poetry reveling in the poet's ability to become aware, to understand, to interpret a moment or feeling, and transfer the emotion or mental impression to a page.

Open Skies, like most magazines or journals of a literary nature, seeks to bring together a memorable collection of works from many unique voices. Some previously published, some previously unknown, and many that we hope will remain with you long after you've finished reading the works found in each Volume. Volume four features a special Spotlight on Nevada poet Brian Rihlmann.
